Ted Baker Tour de Ted ‘Pedal To The Medal’ kit

Something you probably didn't know about me, is that I am a mahoosive Ted Baker fan. I love absolutely everything about the brand and especially their grooming products, which I believe are exclusive to Boots.

Recently, Ted Baker had released their brand new ‘Tour de Ted’ range which seemed quite exciting when I first saw it in Boots. The packaging is just simply amazing, it stood out from all the other Ted Baker products with it's extremely bright colours and beautiful fonts and instantly, I fell in love.
As it has been Christmas, Ted Baker launched some Tour de Ted gift sets which are really nice and really affordable.
So today, I thought that I should review a particular gift set called ‘Pedal To The Medal’ to give you a little insight to the Tour de Ted range.

On the back, you are given a description of each individual product and their aromas, textures and functions. You will also see the ‘ingredients’ on the back which I personally think is pointless although it can be helpful for those who have allergic reactions to some chemicals.
In this ‘Pedal to the Medal’ gift set, you will get a hair and bodywash which I think is quite dissapointing. Personally it doesn't have a different scent to the green edition of ‘The Right Tools’ hair and bodywash by Ted Baker, but other people will probably notice. I have actually compared their aromas and they are definitely quite similar but there are some tiny differences. The texture is the same with all the other hair and body washes from Ted Baker, and the colour too. But I have to say it does leave you smelling amazing and don't forget, you buy this separately in Boots for £4.07.
The soap on a rope that was also featured in the set was something I forgot to take a photo of (sorry). But it resembled a stop watch with Ted Baker branding across the front, it smelt like a classic soap with a woody spice, and it is great to hang up in the shower.

Now moving onto the final product, the body spray! This also had some dissapointing sides. The aroma is similar to the green edition body spray from ‘The Right Tools’ range, yet there were some slight differences. This has a much stronger more spicy scent and it is just a typical Ted Baker body spray. The scent is just beautiful and this is also available in Boots separately with a price of £4.07.
The only product that is not available to buy separately is the ‘Soap on a Rope’ which is exclusive to the gift set.
I think this product deserves 3 moustaches out of 5, which is actually not bad as you will see when I write more blog posts in the Grooming Room. Anyway, I've got to go back to my blog now, see you next week!
